Tina Katzbauer
HR Manager
Driven by a deep fascination with languages, I seamlessly integrated this passion into my business career. After completing my training as a tourism and hospitality manager, I decided to focus on languages and started studying at the ZHAW School of Applied Linguistics in Winterthur, Switzerland. After 6 years of intensive study abroad, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Professional Translation for German, English, French and Spanish.
Currently, at Botres Global, I leverage my language and communication skills in a dual capacity: I lead the establishment and management of our HR department, and I facilitate effective communication with our global partners. Our company focuses on the design, planning, and construction of biogas plants, which are instrumental in the efficient treatment of organic waste and agricultural residues.
Being part of an international company, my language skills are particularly valuable, as they ensure a clear and professional communication across borders and contribute to the success of our global operations.

How do I apply?
It’s easy! Simply click on “Apply now” in the job posting of your choice and send an email to hr@botres.com. Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve received your application.
What does the application process look like?

- Application confirmation: Within 2–3 business days, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
- Initial feedback: You’ll hear back from us within 1–2 weeks.
- Interview process: If your profile aligns with our values, we’ll contact you by phone or invite you to an initial interview – either online via Microsoft Teams or on-site at our headquarters in Raaba-Grambach. Depending on the role, there may be a second or third round of interviews. For more details, feel free to reach out to our HR Manager at hr@botres.com.
- Final decision: Once we’ve made a decision, our HR Manager Tina Katzbauer will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

What would my first day at Botres Global be like?
On your first day, you’ll receive a warm welcome and a structured onboarding experience. Our HR Manager and your future mentor will guide you through the process. Your workstation will be fully set up with everything you need from the start.
You’ll be introduced to your new colleagues, get a tour of our company structure and culture, and have plenty of time to ask questions. A dedicated mentor will accompany you during the first weeks, helping you settle in and supporting you with your new tasks.
