Construction Site Coordinator (m/f/d) for the electro-mechanical installation of biogas plants (Poland)

“No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.”

One day you’re programming, the next you’re pulling cables, and the day after that, you’re leading a plant commissioning. It’s not a repetitive job – it’s a role full of variety, responsibility, and hands-on engineering.

What many of us at Botres appreciate most: the flexibility to contribute where it matters most – and the satisfaction when everything runs smoothly, no calls needed.

If you don’t just understand technology but live it – and you’re ready to take ownership on-site – then keep reading. Because we’re looking for you as our next:

What to expect in this role?

You’re the key link between planning and reality – between engineering and execution. Your work is hands-on, technical, international.

Your daily tasks:

  • Coordinating electro-mechanical work on-site
  • Collaborating with engineering, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring quality and safety on construction sites
  • Troubleshooting: “Today it was the chiller. Power was there, but the PLC didn’t activate.”
  • Keeping progress reports, site logs, and documentation up to date
  • Monitoring costs and deadlines

Tools & technologies you’ll work with:

  • Electrical systems (control cabinets, wiring, sensors)
  • Mechanical components (pumps, compressors, piping)
  • Control systems (PLC, P&IDs, automation)
  • International communication (English is a must)

What you should bring

Must-have:

  • Technical degree or training (electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering)
  • Experience with electro-mechanical installations
  • You can read, interpret – and implement – technical plans
  • At least 3 years of experience on construction sites or in plant engineering
  • Willingness to travel (100%, across Europe)
  • Fluent Polish & English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have:

  • Additional languages (e.g. German, Spanish)
  • Experience with biogas or energy plants
  • Familiarity with P&IDs, mass balances, equipment lists

What’s not enough: If you only want to coordinate but aren’t willing to get your hands dirty.

What makes our team special?

We’re in a phase of growth and development – and you can be part of it. You have the chance to shape structures, improve processes, and bring your ideas to life.

We’re building a strong engineering team – with clear roles, direct communication, and a shared commitment to quality. You won’t be alone: you’ll be part of a team that supports each other, takes responsibility, and moves things forward – together.

🚀 Growth & development

You’ll start as a Site Coordinator – and can grow into project management, automation, or engineering.

Real example:
“I started as a project engineer – today I independently lead automation projects.”

You can learn anything if you really want to – and you can always ask questions.

What we offer

  •  Home office?

When you’re not needed on-site, you can work remotely. Some colleagues even live abroad and still contribute seamlessly to the team.

  • Responsibility?

You won’t be parked in observation mode. You’ll take ownership of tasks that matter – supported by experienced colleagues

  • Real teamwork?

You’ll work in small, focused teams with flat hierarchies and a high level of trust. We talk to each other – not over each other.

  • Purpose?

At Botres, you’re not optimising yet another widget – you’re helping produce renewable energy from waste. That’s real impact.
