We are very excited to announce that we have started our first Australian turnkey biogas project in Nowra, 200 km South of Sydney.
Last week final contracts have been signed, engineering has commenced.
The plant will be built with the industrial scale, well proven biogas technology of Botres Global and powered by cow manure from local dairy farmers and food waste from the region to produce renewable, clean energy and high-quality fertilizer. The produced energy will be supplied to the group of dairies and Shoalhaven Council, the surplus will be sold to retail customers.
Robert Koelli from Botres Global and Phil Horan from Innovating Energy once more emphasized the fantastic teamwork between the joint venture partners during the project kick off meeting last week.
